June Holiday Crash Course 2026

During this June holiday crash course, we will focus on helping students recap important concepts and work through common PSLE question types that many struggle with. Through guided practice and clear explanations, students will learn practical ways to approach different question types, so they feel less overwhelmed and more confident going into their exams.

How the crash course will be conducted
– Lecture style to maximise the sharing of content, tips and tricks.
– Students are welcome to ask questions by using the raise hand function in Zoom.
– Interactive games will be included to ensure engagement and maintain focus. 
All classes are conducted Online via Zoom, capped at 24 students, on a first come first serve basis!

Pre-lesson preparation
– Notes/Worksheets will be shared 2 weeks prior to the crash course for students to read through the notes and try out the questions on their own first.
– Notes/Worksheets will be shared via Google Drive in soft copy.

Post-lesson support 
Zoom recording of the crash course can be provided upon request (available for 1 month, unlimited plays)

MATHEMATICS
Date: 16 June 2026 (Tuesday)
Time: 9am – 5pm (with 1 hour break and short breaks in between)
Topics include: Fractions, Ratio, Percentage, Whole Numbers, Volume, Circles, Geometry 
(mainly Booklet B + Paper 2 questions)

Goal of Math Crash Course
1. Expose students to commonly tested question types across key PSLE topics
2. Equip students with multiple methods to solve similar types of questions
3. Guide students through non-routine problems, focusing on the thinking process behind each solution
4. Build confidence in tackling lengthy word problems by breaking them down step by step
5. Minimise careless mistakes through structured and systematic answering techniques

*Questions adapted from past year papers + PSLE papers

SCIENCE
Date: 19 June 2026 (Friday)
Time: 9am – 5pm (with 1 hour break and short breaks in between)
Topics include: All P3 – P6 topics 
(commonly tested MCQs and OEQs)

Goal of Science Crash Course
1. Expose students to commonly tested concepts and question types
2. Guide students in analysing question requirements and identifying the key keywords needed (using CER method)
3. Highlight common misconceptions and pitfalls, and how to avoid them
4. Train students to give precise, targeted answers that maximise marks without unnecessary explanation
5. Teach effective elimination techniques for MCQs 

*Includes detailed notes for each topic, suitable for revision towards the PSLE
*Questions adapted from past year papers + PSLE papers
